Donna lynch
In 2004, Donna lit the spark that would become Welcome Home when she staged a neighborβs house out of her own possessions. Today, that spark is represented by 20 employees and over 20,000 square feet of warehouse space.
Donna brings her 30 years of experience in the furniture industry to Welcome Home. She owned her own furniture business for 21 years and later worked in sales and design, staging showrooms at the North Carolina and San Francisco furniture markets. Donna was merchandising sales floors with the latest furniture and accessories long before anyone had heard of home staging.

Tanya joined the Welcome Home team in 2011. A Bay Area native, she grew up in a family that has been in the furniture industry her entire life. Design and architecture has always been an interest for her, so it was a natural transition to home staging.
Tanya excels in managing a multitude of tasks from design to operations. Customer experience is her utmost priority; she has the unique ability to successfully fulfill design needs and facilitate smooth operations and logistics for Welcome Home.
