At 21,000 square feet, our warehouse is the largest in the Bay Area and full of our own furniture. We have a fleet of vehicles and a team of full-time employees. Keeping it all in-house allows us to have full control over your stage, including delivery dates and times, inventory choices, competitive pricing and quick turnaround times.
Our Process
Standard timeline of a stage:
- Schedule consult/preview with Welcome Home 
- Meet at property to discuss staging goals and photograph areas to be staged 
- Client receives staging bid/proposal, to-do list, and contract 
- Schedule date of stage and return signed contract with payment information to hold date 
- Design concept developed 
- Delivery of furniture on staging day 
- Staging team arrives to tune layout and complete stage 
- Agent/client arranges professional photography 
- Property listed on MLS, open house 
- Sell property and confirm contingencies are lifted 
- Contact Welcome Home to schedule destage 
- Stagers remove all accessories and furniture collected by delivery truck
