Things to Know

We highly recommend it. Your RSVP helps us estimate attendance and prepare for the day. It also gets you on our email list so you can hear about sales in the future.

No. The sale is in person only, and merchandise cannot be reserved or purchased in advance. All items are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

If you want the best selection, yes. Inventory is limited and popular pieces can sell quickly. The first shoppers usually arrive 2-3 hours early.

If you find a furniture piece you want to purchase, stay with the item until a Welcome Home team member can write it up for you.

We recommend bringing a friend if you plan to shop for multiple larger pieces. An extra set of hands makes it much easier to keep track of your finds while you shop.

If you’re shopping for accessories, bring a large reusable tote or shopping bag. If you’re hoping to purchase furniture, come prepared with the right vehicle and a plan for getting everything home.

If you’re planning to purchase multiple pieces or larger furniture, we strongly recommend bringing an appropriately sized vehicle or reserving a U-Haul. Many people also use the Lugg app.

Yes. All purchases must be removed from the warehouse on the day of the sale and picked up no later than 1:00 PM.

Once an item has been purchased, it belongs to you. If you leave a purchased item unattended and it is moved or taken by another shopper, Welcome Home Staging cannot be responsible for the item.
For larger purchases, we recommend having someone stay with your pieces or moving them to your vehicle as soon as possible.

We accept cash and credit/debit cards.

Yes. All purchases are final sale. Please inspect your items carefully before purchasing.

No. This is an in-person warehouse sale only. Items will not be available for online purchase.

Our previews are meant to give you a look at the types of pieces you can expect at the sale. We cannot reserve items in advance, and all inventory is available first come, first served once the sale opens.

Once your furniture items have been written up, head to the designated checkout area to complete your purchase. Our team will help direct you through the process on sale day.
